Bell & McCoy was established in 1972 and, in November 2023, merged with FRM Inc. who was established in 1969. The combined companies now have over 600 employees spanning 15 states across the Southeast. We cover the states of Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Kansas, and Missouri. Our vertical businesses (Electrical Supplies, Lighting and Controls, Utility, Tool and Safety, Luxury Homes, and Programming) offer customers and manufacturers a unique solution to complete market coverage. The manufacturers that we represent are sold through distribution and we are focused on the commercial, residential, industrial, and utility markets. We focus our time, energy and efforts on distributors, electrical contractors, engineers, architects, lighting designers and general contractors to educate and influence our products in the market.

Hudson is from Fort Worth, Texas, and has a passion for running. Before joining BMLC, he served as an infantryman in the U.S. Army, where he was stationed in Hawaii. Now, he’s bringing his discipline and dedication to the controls quotations team!

Cade LaChance

Originally from Connecticut, Cade lived there for 14 years before making his way to Texas. He earned his degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, playing guitar and keyboard, and hitting the gym. Before joining BMLC, he built experience in the industry and is excited to be part of the team!

Jeremy Hughes

Originally from Helena, Alabama, Jeremy studied accounting at the University of Alabama. He enjoys fishing, golfing, and riding motorcycles. A seasoned traveler, he’s been to nine different countries and has more on his list. He’s also currently learning Spanish! In high school, he won a state championship in soccer for Helena High. Before joining BMLC, Jeremy gained valuable experience in the industry and is excited to be part of the team.

Matt has been part of the BMC family since November 2020. He’s happily married and a proud dad to his soon-to-be 3-year-old son. A big sports fan and avid golfer, he enjoys spending his free time on the course or cheering on his favorite teams.
